I purchased a refrigerator shelf through their website for $29.99 (+shipping). They accepted the order and processed my credit card, then refused to honor that price a few days later, saying their vendor had raised the prices and they had failed up update their website pricing. They did offer me the item at their cost - an additional $43.13; so my "new reduced price" would have been almost 3 times what their website price was when I originally ordered it.
