Upon finding out that I was expecting a baby, I went in to Massage Envy on Nov 1, 2009 to cancel my membership with a Doctor's Note- which is what they require in the contract. I followed all their rules and obeyed the contract. To this day they have continued to bill my card monthly and Manager I spoke to claims they seem to have lost my file containing the cancellation paperwork and are very sorry for the error in the billing.
