We had recently rented out a game titled Alien vs Predator for my brother, the game was taken out before us so we had a bit of a wait for it to come back into the store, they didn't bother checking the bottom of the cd before we were allowed to have it and just gave it to us. A week goes by and we take the game back in and they instantly blame us for scratching the game when my brother told me it was already scratched and said we were the only ones to have it.
