i have the same complaints as every one else seems to! although i was always able to book my vacation i wanted, as soon as i got there and told them i was not interested in upgrading or buying a timeshare, instand rudeness towards me and my party the rest of the trip. they don't clean your room, they don't help you out, when we got there they wouldn't let us check in for 4 hours... no one seems to care about service. There is NO WAY i would have sat through another presentation or upgraded. i don't care how much free stuff they give me. read full review »
