i recharged my phone with Airtel's 63/- SMS pack (which provides for 500 sms per day for 30 days), after 2-3 days of recharge when i was sending sms, then amount was deducting from my main balance (1/- per sms) so this way my 19/- were deducted, i called customer care near about 7 times and they filed complaint twice, sometimes they used to say that i'll get my balance refund and sometimes they say they'll not refund the balance even my 3 days have lost due to this problem, and customer care is useless they just don't take... read full review »
