called for a plumber to look at my combi-boiler. Technician came round, took two hours to access the fault as to why the hot water was working but not the central heating. He had to order a washer as he did not have this with him and had to return the next day. Arrived late from the time that he was mean't to arrive and after an hour later relised the part fitted was not the problem, it was in fact the control board.
