I thought I was renewing my Norton Utilites for my computer. My credit card was charged 113.98 but Norton keeps giving me this message that I need to renew. I thought I had. I cannot pay the 113.98 twice. I want this corrected on my computer or the amount put back on my credit card so I can get it renewed. What is the problem?
