I have had sevral problems with these tricksters. At the current time it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact a customer service Rep for The Blockbuster Online. The form they post on their website will not submit due to "error on page". I have tried to access the form from5 different computers. Their is no such thing as a customer support email address and wait times are outrageous On their 1-800 number .For a regular 9 to 5 american who has more pressing things to do than deal with Blockbuster, this will not fly.
