We purchased a Whirlpool over-the-range microwave in August of 2009 (model # WMH1162XVQ2). In February, it quit heating food. I called warrenty information and they dispatched A&E to services. They did not come with the parts, so they ordered them. The parts never arrived, so I called Whirlpool, and they re-ordered the parts, telling me they would arrive together and to call for service when I got the package.
