i am a customer via an agent of great universal and to begin with my mum bought me a black swan microwave as a wedding present, it came and it was faulty so had to be returned and a replacement sent out after approx 2 weeks. Then i ordered a single bed for my daughter and when it came he plastic fittings were split but i kept the bed anyway because of the wating time to be replaced, it keeps collapsing.
