The International registered signed-for parcel desperately needed by my fiance in South Africa was mis-sorted to South Korea. Being a postman myself i can understand items sometimes being accidently mis-sorted to another round/delivery route but they somehow managed to mis-sort my parcel to another continent!! The chap i spoke to at Royal Mail all but washed his hands of the entire affair-leaving me and my fiance up shit creek(she had her bag stolen-parcel contained important replacement cards etc...).I now have to wait 25 working days before... read full review »
