I had paid a deposit of Rs.4000 for new wireless internet connection on 31/05/2009. However whena service engineer visited my residence, he found that the signal was very weak for proper connectivity and he said that the refund will be made. Accordingly I applied for a refund. After a period of 45 days. I was told that the payment will be made after 45 days.
