I ordered a free 30 day trial period of the Norton 360 4.0 software on 02/19/2010, decided after the trial was over to keep the Norton because it has kept many high risk viruses from infecting my laptop, was charged the $74.99 on 03/20/2010 which will cover me for an additional 11 months, not a problem since I was aware of the price and when the charge would be deducted from my Visa...the problem started on 03/28/2010, 8 days after I was charged for the software, I check my e-mail and my CC statement and to my astonishment there is ANOTHER... read full review »
