Mini Van was not available on check in. After waiting an hour, was offered a larger 12 passenger and told we could exchange it once we got to another city where a Mini Van was available. Called office at new city and was told they too did not have any Mini Vans. Was told by this office, they work with Ace but not actually part of ACE and that rate would be different even if they had correct vehicle. Called back to Ace at 4 Points Sheraton.
