Hi, I have booked ticket from my account and the ticket got confirmed and money also got deducted. But my concern is that i am unable to find the same ticket in booked history so i am unable to take print of that. Unfortunately i am unable to cancel this ticket. When i approached IRCTC customer care i got reply that this ticket got booked by somebody else. I got shocked by hearing this. Money got debited from my account and this ticket is somebody's account. I suppose irctc.co.in website can be hacked so easily. I am not aware whom to complaint now. Regards, Shafi read full review »
