Hi, I am not getting an proper response for HDFC customer care representative from credit card section, for updated wrong information in their database. I am going to escalate this problem, if i didn’t get my problems solved immediately. Wrongly updated in HDFC credit card database. A person named Srinivasan from Bangalore has used the credit card during the period of 2006. He has an outstanding amount of Rs 26k. This has been reflected in my name.
