On Saturday [04/o4/10] I got my hair cut at Smart Style . I purposely brought in a picture of the style I wanted and figured I give this place another try after one bad experience with them. Rena proceeded to cut all my hair off and created a style that does not closely resemble the style I asked for. I was charged $ 17.85 for this cut I was given...I took a shower and don't even have enough hair to comb. I am very upset and would like to get reimbursed somehow.
