We flew Delta Airlines to Puerto Rico in Dec 2009. A baggage handler in NY made the business decision to leave our baby's car seat behind to then arrive the next day. The car seat arrived at our hotel after we had already checked out so we ended up having to pay out of our pocket to have the hotel ship the car seat back home to NY. We will never fly Delta Airlines again. read full review »
