I purchase a new Chevrolet Spark LS 1.0 from Desai Automobiles, Vapi, Gujarat. I got the delivery of the vehicle on 01-Oct-2009. But the essential documents (Invoice, Temp. Registration, Insurance Cover Note, Form No 19, 20 & 22) required for RTO registration of the vehicle not got till 09-Mar-2010. After continuous followup on Phone, at last I got the papers on 12-Mar-2010, which is also not containingInsurance Cover Note. Till today I'm getting the answer like "We will give to you".
