I went to the Law Offices of Brian J. Colombana/Mortgage Relief Law Center early last year. My experience with them would actually very good. They were a little tough to get ahold of because of how overwhelmed they were, but they did the work and they got my loan modified. The lender dropped my rate to 2%, extended the loan term out to 40 years, and even removed some principal (only a few thousand). It was actually better than what they had expected I would receive.
