Their service is horrible. They charge you a co-pay even if they don't fix the problem. I wish I could be employed by them. No matter what terrible job you do, you get paid. I do not recommend them at all. I have been a customer for over 8 years and all I have is complaint after complaint. I prefer calling someone outside their services and pay them. At least, I don't have to pay unless the work is done and up to standards. read full review »
