After fighting several viruses, then intentionally renewing my antivirus software with norton my hard drive crashed. After my hard drive was rebuilt I moved on to a different internet security provider. I counted what I paid norton as a loss since it was all wiped out by a virus anyway, and was apparently worthless protection. In the mean time I paid for a year of protection I did not get and figured I'd never be able to get the money back anyway.
