I used Norton's free performance check-up, it was Norton's way of saying thanks for purchasing "Norton Internet Security 2009" Little did I know it was only a ploy to sell me something else. Namely "Norton PC Tune up Service" I paid for the service and was given a service number and a phone number to call: 877 788 4877 I called and was put on hold for over an hour, I finally gave up.
