Bought a 37" Vizio LCD on 2/15/08, & tonight, it went black/purple & quit working. We can't use the menus, or anything, & can only turn it on or off by the plug. When I called the Vizio support line, even though it was during business hours, I couldn't get anyone. I've emailed them, but at this point, after reading the MANY, MANY posts about the same issues, I've no hope that they'll actually be helpful.
