I think it is absolutely absurd that FPL is allowed to charge ridiculous deposits and then make you wait to get service. After struggling to come up with a $330 deposit they still didn't turn my lights on yet. Apparently the cut off time is 2pm(which no one bothered to tell me) I paid at 2:30 and i still have no lights the next day. I have 3 small children. Two supervisors later they told me they would connect me by midnight that night and when I called back at 9:30pm they told me they stopped for the day.
