Went to the Jack in the box on Homestead and Bing and was greeted at the counter by Sylvia who took my order. A Bonus Jack combo and a couple other items. I remember restating my order to avoid what to me seemed like could be a language problem. We had a bit of trouble communicating because "Sylvia" primarily spoke spanish. After taking my money and making change at the register, she went to the back and began helping prepare and package food. I never saw this person wash her hands. GROSS!!
