In less than 2 months my Panasonic DMP-BD60 started playing some of my widescreen DVD's postage stamp sized on my 42" HDTV. I was over the 30 day warranty period with Amazon so I called Panasonic. After an exhausting 50 minute conversation with Sheldon in Jamaica I discovered that Panasonic will not honor their one year warranty on parts and labor because Amazon is not a licensed dealer.
