HUD - Phoenix, AZ office

I called the HUD office in Phoenix, AZ and spoke with a Raphael Mecham on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 to get help with a problem I have with the housing authority in my area. Well this individual said he would give my information over to a co-worker for her to follow-up with me the next day. Well to no avail, this woman never contacted me and I called in today (April 14, 2010) and spoke again with Mr Mecham, who apologized and said this woman doesn't handle complaints and she will not be calling you back. Vim Residential Management is a deadbeat real estate brokerage company that took over as the management company on January 2010, for the apartment complex that I reside in. First of all, these slumlords, have promised me they would resolve my issues and problems here at the complex that they now manage. Well what a joke that is.
