I do not know if this is the right place to complain, but I can not find another, it is outrageous that you have paid for a computer from DELL latinamerica July 3, 2009 and have to wait until September 2, 2009 to receive it. I live in a South American country, but I think I deserve respect, because I paid my purchase as a consumer of any other country, and the website indicated that the delivery time was a month.
