I have been getting unauthorised taped promotional communications from Airtel for quite long. This disturbs me a lot. When I am out of Karnal (where my cell phone is registered), I have to pay roamiing charges on responding to such communications. I lodged a complaint with Ambedkar Chawk Centre at Karnal on 25th March, 2010 who directed mt to Customer Care Executive, Mr Yogesh. He sent an SMS to me with ref no NDNC as W1016974834.
