These guys scam customers who bring in their car by damaging parts, or loosening bolts on things so that you bring the car back numerous times, while they keep the meter running. This is unacceptable, they not only are dishonest to customers, damage our cars, but their Service Advisers are in it with certain techs that they work with, to say parts are damaged then the Service Advisers sell you spare parts at a premium and split their commissions with the techs.
