These fraudmeisters bill my credit card everymonth and say that I signed up for a "loyalty club"a t $9.95 a month. they did not provide my security code but had my card # and mailing address. They say that they are entitled to it because I did not send written notice of cancellation. I did try to call them but was just waiting on the phone for an hour. I asked my CC company to cancel a year ago but they just came back with a new billing. I'm cancelling my credit card to get rid of these pests. they are totally unethical and fraudulent. watch out for Hotbooks and hotbooksale.com. read full review »
