This site is terrible! They are definitely out to get everything they can from you and screw you over completely. A few days ago we booked tickets to Tunisia with Edreams. We receieved an email shortly after stating a problem with our card and they would need a day to contact our bank. The next day still no response, so we called the bank. They said that they had no problems with the demand. We received another email from edreams stating they needed a photocopy of our passports, and the front and back of our credit card.
