I booked a Return Bus Ticket for me with Greyhound from Port Elizabeth to Welkom. An hour and a half into the bus ride the bus broke down and a mechanic could not fix the problem, as the emergency brakes broke. After 3 hours they managed to arrange 3 mini busses to take us to Bloenfontein where another Greyhound bus will be awaiting our arrival. The mini bus was very uncomfortable. I feel that I did not buy a bus ticket to drive all the way in a mini bus. We should have all being refunded!! read full review »
