They actually did not ship their "trail offer" to me until about 4 weeks after my order. How you are suppose to try something if you don't receive and then cancel 10 calendar days after you order is beyond logic. There customer service are robots that have common names, but they follow a script. They are able to listen or respond to anything outside the script. That is after you wait an average of 30 minutes to speak to someone. I wish I had checked their BBB national rating or checked them out before I ordered. This is clearly a SCAM. read full review »
