After several months of slow service and receiving games from the bottom of my queue I decided to cancel the subscription. I waited until a few days before the end of my billing month, cancelled and sent back the last game I had. In less than 24 hours from the time I mailed back the game I was sent an email that they game was received damaged and that I would have to pay $49.99. I do not believe the company had time to receive the game back and that $49.99 is way to much to try and charge since they themselves only value the trade-in of the game at $4.70. read full review »
