I supposedly have AVG security on-line scanning system. I have paid for this . My computer now has a virus transmitted through an e-mail AVG is supposed to scan. I have also infected everyone in my addressbook through an e-mail from me, that I never sent. My address book was pirated and then infiltrated by someone. AVG advertises themselves as a protective system against things like this happening. It has not done this and I have spent the last 5 hours trying to get in touch with AVG.
