The consignment doesn't mention the name and addresss of the consignor. It simply mentions the number "ZL3896" against the name of the consignor. I strongly feel that the consignee or her/his representative has a right to know who the consignor is. Also, DTDC shouldn't be allowing people to send anonymous parcels. I... read full review »
