Reserved a rate on the Internet. Called and informed Thrifty that my ship would be a couple of days late due to bad weather. The agent confirmed that I would still get the same rate. When I arrived I was told that the rate was more than the email rate I had received. For $10 it was not worth going finding another car rental company. After returning the car I found out that they had billed $15.70 more than they my written agreement.
