I just had the same problem with this company. Please DO NOT make any reservations with Moss Travel or through the web site bestbookingcentral.com I made a hotel reservation about a month ago, I received two messages from the company confirming the reservation, a confirmation voucher, and my credit card was debited. Yesterday, on April 7, I received a mail from the company saying that the reservation was cancelled. I tried to get in touch with them requesting information, an explanation, a refund, but so far I have not received any answer... read full review »
