I am a fall out trainee of this company. Hired last December 2009. On the Employment Training Agreement, paragraph 5, "Should the Company choose to terminate your employment as Trainee, you will be entitled t collect your salary compensation on up to the last day of your actual service, after 30 days of your last day of employment with the company" and on paragraph 15, "Back wages will be paid by the company, thirty [30 days] after your last day of service".
