In Aug. 2009 I order their "free trial" offer for $4.95 shipping only with a 14 day trial and had to be cancelled in that time frame. It was 9 days later that I recieved the package and not knowing the 14 day period started when they shipped not when I recieved it. I Called and cancelled about 3days after getting it and they told me tahts okay yhe order is cancelled. To be sure I contacted my CC Co. and put a cancel in on this amount $83.95.
