I signed up for service on trial basis in January 18, 2010. When I talked to their sales representative RAY he agreed on all the conditions as well as he assured that he will match the price of my long distance plan with Comwave. Now and then there was a black out in service, distorted voice, auto disconnecting call while talking. When ever I talked to customer serive there is always 30-45 mins wait time before you hear someone from other side.
