The most appalling customer service I have ever had. Rude staff, poor levels of intelligence, scruffy and shocking attitude to customers. I tried to re-arrange a parcel delivery from the Leicester branch, and failing to get an answer via phone, I dropped an email to them on the email address provided on the card left by the driver. The delivery was delivered on the wrong day, and I rang them up to say I had emailed them, and they said they didnt bother checking any emails so thats why they didnt know about the new arrangements.
