Paid this company 350 euro a month over a period of time. I then maid a claim in september 09 and in feb 2010 i recieved a final response letter saying that they were selling the policy only and they had nothing to do with my claim. This is the most ridiculous thing i ever heard my broker called my a liar and wont answer the phone. Got the financial regulator involved and hope they will sort it out.
