Hello, I am writing this review today in conclusion to my last review ( Smart Style Nightmare- Lebanon, Va). Since that review has posted it has been brought to my attention that my child’s hair was ruined intentionally, by a cosmetologist whom does not believe in allowing preteens and teens to have highlighted hair. The cosmetologist has been going to all of my review sites stating her opinion of how it is so very wrong for teens and preteens to dye their hair.
