They are rude they are all poorly trained and none of them know what they are talking about they do not work well with the consumer and the only thing they ever say is im sorry im sorry does not work sorrys dont pay the bills or feed our kids. I set my account up not to overdraft then still allowed me to which i overdrew 20 dollars and then was charged 114 dollars in overdraft fees.I was with commerce for 8 years and never had a single problem with them and before they made the switch i asked if anything would change and they told me no... read full review »
