I purchased three tickets for the Feburary 2010 NASCAR race in Fontana Calif. I bought the tickets directly from NASCAR in Florida. They suggested that I buy the Mondial Assistance insurance in the event there was a serious reason why we could not attend the race. Two days before the race my wife went to the local hospital and was diagnosed with pnemonia. I filed a claim for the refund of one of the three tickets with Mondial.
