I placed an order on 3/26/2010 for a 14 day trial. I called and canceled my order on 4/2/2010 and received confirmation via email that my order was canceled. Today 4/9/2010 I was charge the $78.00 for the product as though I did not cancel within 14 days. When I called their records show that I canceled and they did not charge me $78.00. I have submitted a claim with my bank to have the charges reversed and will have to wait on them to see if its done. read full review »
