I was entertaining 8 people.As instructed put frozen Lasagne al faro into oven.When checking discovered it was Turkey in gravey.I was very upset and emaressed in front of my company.I know mistakes happen .This product was obviously not checked.I have informed the frozen food company.It was in use until April 2011.Im thinking there is or was a batch of these that have caused dispair.Im a member of your company at Lakeside Essex.I did a big shop around Xmas Im afraid it caused me to change the menu i had decidedto do.The cde for the Turkey wasL9303.
